RHV: Tell us how the band formed in three sentences.
Well one evening I was standing in line at Taco Bell and there were four random dudes in front of me and we all noticed we had ordered the same thing so we all sat down at the same table. Then Brandon said "hey you guys wanna start a band or something?" to which I replied "Well, I was just going to keep working my turd of job, but that sounds a lot more interesting." And here we are today, I think I'm recalling that correctly anyway...
1. Tell us who you are and where you’re from.
My name is Ryan Belcher and I’m from Nashville Tennessee, and I play guitar in Framing Hanley. The band also consists of Nixon (vocals), Brandon Wootten (guitars), Luke McDuffee (bass, vocals) and Chris Vest (drums).
2. Describe your music.
Our music comes from all our hearts, hopefully to reach all of yours. It’s something we’re all very passionate about and we want to enrich peoples’ lives the way the music we love enriches ours. People consider us an alternative rock band.

4. What are you doing over the next few months?
We will be on the road until the end of October, then we enjoy some much needed time off and head to the studio to work on our next album. Then in January were all very much looking forward to touring in the UK and coming there for the first time.
5. List the first CDs/records you bought.
The first CD I ever purchased was Blink 182′s ‘Enema of The State’.
6. Best item of fan mail you’ve ever received?
We were given a painting with the band name and all of our names stenciled on it. Being into art myself, if was my favorite.
7. What music do you have on repeat in the tourbus?
Between the five of us there’s quite a broad spectrum of tunes. Top 3 for me are probably Thrice, Circa Survive, and Brand New.
8. Any funny stories from when you’ve been on tour?
Ha, I mean there’s always something… From shooting fireworks at each other to Chris skating across stage and stealing Dave from Theory of a Deadman’s Stanley Cup.
9. What is the best thing about being in your band?
I’m getting to do what I’ve always dreamed of doing, and with all my best friends.
