A limited edition vinyl format of My Chemical Romance’s widely-acclaimed new album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’ is now available exclusively through UK Undercurrent at http://store.ukundercurrent.com/store/products,my-chemical-romance-danger-days-the-true-lives-of-the-fabulous-killjoys_777.htm.

This format is issued on black vinyl and will be limited to 2500 copies worldwide. An even more limited run of 500 coloured vinyl records is also available from www.mychemicalromance.com.

My Chemical Romance recently visited the UK to play some very special shows. After a phenomenal headline show at London’s HMV Hammersmith Apollo (described by NME as an “utter slaying of London” and by Kerrang! as “truly triumphant”), the band also played two songs as the pre-match entertainment at the NFL match between San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos at Wembley Stadium.

They will return to the UK next month for a major arena tour:

‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’ is the album My Chemical Romance have been building towards their entire, nearly decade long career. From soaring sentiment (‘The Only Hope for Me is You’) to bare-knuckled brawling in the streets (‘DESTROYA’) it defies lazy labels and demolishes expectations. Beholden to no scene, credo or code it’s a rock ’n’ roll album from the future aimed directly at the dead-hearted present. “Next year it’ll be ten years since we’ve been together,” says guitarist Frank Iero. “That’s a long time to stay in one shade. And I think if you’ve been a fan of our band for a long time then you need these different feelings in your life, these different emotions to come through. And I know that because it’s what we need right now.”
