Pure Reason Revolution are a band of our time, in fact any time. They’ve already achieved much. Alan McGee’s issued their first single ‘Apprentice Of The Universe’ on his Poptones label, on Sony/BMG they then released two singles, a mini album and debut album, before moving to Superball Music for their second album. PRR don’t fit any prevailing scene, nor do they need too – they have a sound that combines electronic dance rhythms, pop hooks, and sublime vocal harmonies with huge rock riffs.
