WHAT’S THE STORY?: Dinosaur Pile-Up suffer slightly from the American accent syndrome that so many acts of their genre seem afflicted with. If you can get passed that itchy irritant the song has passion and there is melody in the mayhem. But comparing the track’s creation to painting the Mona Lisa might be going a bit far.

SOUNDS LIKE: A single that achieves lead singer Matt Bigland’s vision, Mona Lisa, does “kick you in the face and gets stuck in your head.”

YOU’LL LIKE THIS IF: If your pet peeves don’t include fake American accents and big headed statements about the writing process.
